President and Founder
Grady has over twenty-two year of experience in the real estate development, brokerage and investment management industry. He has served in a broker role in the disposition and acquisition of serval hundred million of Multifamily, Industrial, Retail/Office and luxury Single Family assets in Southern California. In order to provide his clients a more entrepreneurial engagement and help his clients to succeed in real estate investment, Grady decided to establish MIG property management. With MIG management team and excellence asset management strategies, Grady has successfully maximized the value of the properties for his clients and meet their financial goals. Grady has established himself as the leader in multifamily area by creating value for clients through his extensive experience and efficient management methods.
Grady is also a licensed general building contractor, class B in California. Prior to founding MacroReal Commercial, Inc and MIG Management, Grady was tenured by a regional real estate development firm for 7 years. He was involved in the project of acquisition, development and management.
